Redesign of the main page
B2B bank
UX/UI designer — research, structure, design
Context
The bank's target audience consists of business owners, accountants, and financial managers. The bank's capabilities include monitoring company account balances, managing payments and documents, quickly performing repetitive tasks, and switching between multiple companies.
Task
Redesign the B2B bank’s homepage to align with iOS guidelines. Rethink the layout, information hierarchy, and interaction logic to make the experience more suitable for a native mobile app rather than a web interface.
Before:

Process
First, I analyzed the existing design: I noted many UI issues, such as differences in heading styles and body text. Also, the main screen is very overloaded, there is no clear informational and visual hierarchy,
and the ability to switch between company accounts is not intuitive. Next, I created a mind-map of the application.
After:

Result
I kept the original purple color and gradient, but made the background more subtle and restrained, which is hypothesized to reduce visual noise and make the interface more suitable for everyday work. I also divided the main content into separate cards for better scanability.
What would I improve
Redesigned accounts as compact cards displaying balance, currency, and status. Then expanded the corporate visual system: icons, components, UI states, and introduced a role-based model: owner, accountant, analyst with different access levels. I would also add smart filters and search for payments, transactions, and counterparties.
